Order and Shipping Policies

Persephone Clothing uses US Postal Service for shipping and usually delivers within 5-10 business days. We ship Ground USPS shipping for free for orders that are $250 or over. We can express ship upon written request and will quote a shipping price based on your specific location and express shipping needs. In the event that an address change is needed once a package has already shipped, a $10 fee will be charged to correct and re-route your package.

We offer full refunds (minus shipping) on most items when your order is received back to our location within 14 days from the day you received your order (30 days for international orders). Failure to return and item within that time limit  may result in a return of the item or a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. The item(s) returned must be returned in the condition it was delivered to you and must not show any signs of damage, wear or tear.  Please allow 3-4 days for us to process a return and credit your account. Your Refunds will be processed within 5 days of the day we receive your return. However the credit might take from 7-15 days to appear on you credit card statement. Since all our online orders require credit cards or Paypal as the method of payment, your refund will take the form of a credit back to the same card or Paypal Account used to make the original purchase.

We have a strict 14 day return policy. You are responsible for shipping the items, we do not cover shipping.

Any problem with items received must be reported to our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt. We will not accept returns if tags are missing, if the item appears worn or is damaged with makeup, deodorant, cigarette smoke, snags, perfume etc., or it is past the return period. These returns will be sent back to you at your cost or charged a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.

We do not take returns on special orders. Final sale and items are non-returnable.

An order may be cancelled unless it has already been shipped.  Once an item as shipped, you must wait to receive your item and then if applicable, you may send it back for an exchange or refund (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Tax is only charged to New Mexico residents at 8.1875%.

Although we have most of our merchandise in stock, occasionally out of stocks occur. We notify the customer within 48 hours if their item is out of stock and can often give an estimated arrival time. At that time, the customer can choose to wait or simply request a refund.
